The noise eventually fades.

The celebrations end, the lights dim, and the world grows quiet again. What remains is something softer—a breath, a heartbeat, a moment of stillness after everything has passed.

Bathed in light and scattered droplets, she looks forward with open eyes and an unguarded heart. There is no performance, no certainty, no need to be anything other than present.

Still Here is a reflection on resilience in its gentlest form. Not the resilience that demands strength, but the kind that simply continues. The kind that survives difficult days, carries memories with love, and greets each new morning with hope.

After the noise, after the rushing, after the storms we weather within ourselves, there is a quiet realization:

I am still here.

And that is enough.
